BIOGRAPHY
Hanna Noh (*1988, KR ) is an interdisciplinary artist who works in a variety of media from performative installation to ceramic and bronze sculpture to 3D graphics. She is interested in exploring relationality and how we build and contextualize meaning. She majored in Fine Arts at Hongik University and got certified as an art teacher. She did an exchange program at the art academy in Stuttgart in Germany. She ran the DAAD scholarship exchange program at the national university of Colombia. Currently, She finished her diploma in Media Art at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne.
She actively participates in a variety of exhibitions and festivals. She joined the group show at the Museum of art Bogotá and presented at Next level festival in Essen, Weltkunstzimmer in Duesseldorf, Temporary Gallery in Cologne, and Meinblau Projektraum in Berlin. Recently, her works were curated by the center of holography in New York and the CICA Museum in South Korea. She won a prize in Digitale Dramaturgie in NRW Kultur and also won a prize for the Best Korean New Film Award at the 21st Seoul International ALT Cinema & Media Festival. Her work is collected by the Candida Höfer foundation.
